Dr. Simon Driver is an Assistant Professor in the Kinesiology department within the College of Education at the University of North Texas. He received his Bachelor in Science from the University of Liverpool, Master's in Science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and Doctor of Philosophy in Adapted Physical Activity from the University of Virginia.
Focuses on the consequences and determinants of physical activity participation for adults with traumatic brain injuries.
As part of KINE 3020 and KINE 5310 students complete a service learning experience that includes teaching in the Children's Physical Activity Program offered at UNT and working with individuals with disabilities in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
